Wise and strong, sweet and friendly, life’s a hoot when you’re an owl! A beautiful owl handcut from sterling silver and embossed with a wonderfully tactile interweaving vines texture, a smaller version of the original Watercolour owl.

The wings and beak are highlighted with hammered detail, and large round eyes complete the owl's design, and two hidden bails are soldered to the back to allow it to hang perfectly from a silver chain.

This design is also available in a larger size, as shown in the last image, and as large and small brooches.

The designs embossed into the Watercolour Collection originate from Joanne's watercolour and pen-and-ink sketches. Earrings, cuff bracelets and pendants with the same vines design are also available.

Materials

Made from sterling silver. As each one is handmade and with the nature of the technique some small variation is to be expected.

Dimensions

The bird measures approximately 1.8cm by 2.3cm.

The silver trace chain is 18" long and can also be fastened at 16" and 17".
